Section I: Just the Facts

To post a job, you'll need an account. It's free to signup. Once you do that you can post as many jobs as you want! We charge $149.00 for a 30 day job posting. Right now, we're a little bit more focused on jobs in the phenomenal U.S.A. but international postings are always welcome.

Section II: We Will Work Every Waking Hour to Help You. Test Us.

We will answer your emails quickly and personally. We will makes changes to the site only if it benefits our users. We will never take advantage of the relationship we have. We will not allow one company to monopolize the site (This is why we don't have massive "bundle" deals).

There are thousands of talented, hungry, and hard working people out there ready to work and help your move organization move forward. They're fresh and naive. They want to make big changes and they want to go to war for you! Help them, show them strategies, and allow them to accomplish your objectives.

Section III: We're Just About Jobs

You may be thinking we offer some extra fancy features you can't find on Monster, CareerBuilder, or HotJobs. We're sorry to disappoint you. Here is a short list of the features we have left out of our site:

No fancy moving/flashing advertisements
No advanced signup forms for magazines, colleges, or "grants"
No superior bundled package meant to bring synergies and extreme cost savings
No access to a resume "database" of out dated or useless applicants

About Us

funnelthru.com was started in July, 2008 to connect entry level candidates to positions that need them. We looked for jobs online with our friends and basically thought that the existing solutions... well... sucked. We wanted to build a site that was honest and simple.

What We Saw

Big job boards are more interested in selling your data and showing you ads than finding you a job
It's impossible to apply to a job online without being misdirected to signup forms and ads
The job application process is slow and marred by long forms
Your job application is lost after applying - you never know what happens after you press "submit"

We'd like to break some of these trends by trying an honest and direct job board. For job seekers, our goal is to have you on the site for 5 minutes, applying to several jobs quickly, and then getting some feedback about your application status. For employers, we want to provide simple but effective tools that help you find someone as fast as possible.
